KGK Inkjet Printers

KGK Inkjet Printers

KGK inkjet printers have been produced by superior Japanese technology for high-performance.

KGK inkjet printers produced in Japan have reached a customer portfolio which is continuously increasing and has a high satisfaction all over the world thanks to the specifications commonly known such as very low consumable consumption, electronic and mechanical components whose fault rates are extremely low and quite long economic life. KGK- Kishu Giken Kogyo Co. Ltd. which started its works with stamped printing machinery in Wakayama, Japan in 1968 offers its customers fast, economical and useful solutions with many inkjet models produced by using state-of-art technology today.

High-Performance in Production with Japanese Technology

KGK inkjet printers have been produced by superior Japanese technology for high-performance. The system halts have been minimized thanks to excellent operating systems. KGK inkjet printers designed for high productivity in fast and intense productions throughout the long operation hours provide your production lines to be in continuous operation mode.

Easy and Practical Menu System

You can design your production date, expiration date, batch number, barcode, logo and product specifications quickly by using keyboard or 10,4 inch colored touch-screen and print these onto product. Replacement procedures of all spare parts and filters of the device can be viewed on the screen in detail. Any operator using device can perform technical interventions by following these procedures, thus, it allows the production to be uninterrupted and at maximum productivity.

Consumption of Minimum Consumables

All original chemical substances used in devices are produced by special components for making KGK inkjet printers to be inkjet printers providing the lowest consumable consumption of the world.

All KGK models have been designed in such way which will prevent the whole system from interacting with air. Evaporation of the consumable used in hot environments has been minimized by make-up back filter system. KGK produces all inkjet models with Japanese technology in such way which will provide minimum consumable consumption in fast and intense productions and it is worldwide known for this feature.

Excellent Interior Design

Excellent interior design which KGK inkjet printers have enables the operator to intervene into the ink system easily. A wide internal volume prevents the productivity loss in production by enabling the operator interventions into all spare parts and filters to be realized easily.

Printhead not being Affected from Dust Thanks to Air Compressor

Mini air compressor included into the standard system provides protection from dust, humidity, etc. which can come externally by continuously feeding air to the printer. Thanks to this mini air compressor, the printer unit prints with high-performance.

Self-operation of System at Certain Intervals in Long-Term Halts

KGK inkjet printers operating with high-performance prevent problems such as ink viscosity and clogging by operating itself every day automatically during long-term production halts. The device automatically operates for 1 hour every day according to the intended program and turns itself off. This system enables the device to remain in standby mode for continuous and trouble-free printing.

Viewing of Ink Flow System on Screen

The whole ink and valve system flow diagram can be viewed on the screen during operation. Thus, the performances of other elements in the valve and ink system can be simultaneously monitored and technical intervention is provided to be performed easily. Many sensors in KGK devices provide the ambient conditions to be detected in real-time; the temperature and viscosity changes to be controlled instantly; thus, they allow the operator to view data on screen.

Automatic Nozzle Turn-off System by Moving Gutter

The mobile Gutter system specifically designed by KGK company for being used in inkjet printers provides the Nozzle and Gutter to be combined when device is turned off and prevents the system from clogging by feeding air.

Gutter combines with Nozzle by moving on the mile when the device is turned off. Thanks to this system, Nozzle clogging and ink drying commonly seen in the inkjet printers are prevented. All patent rights of this special system belong to Japanese KGK Co.Ltd. all over the world.
